About
What if you could be the type of leader you want to be in a way that is both effective and reduces your stress? The biggest problem about becoming a leader is being expected to manage people well because you were great at your non-management responsibilities. Great at sales? Have her manage the sales team. Awesome coder? Have him supervise the next coding project. With no or little training, leaders are expected to find their way with only their prior experiences to guide them. People in middle management roles from first-level manager to senior vice president get feedback from up and down the chain of command. This causes stress on the mid-manager. People in these leadership roles have likely had ample training in administrative responsibilities, but little training regarding how to be an effective leader. This leaves the leader constantly questioning if they’re doing it right and forces them to utilize reactions rather than responses to execute the responsibilities of their role. The Aligned Leader will guide participants on a journey from discovering or confirming their leadership style though effectively leading their teams to the conclusion of the type of work culture they want to leave as their legacy. The Aligned Leader will help leaders of leaders identify their own leadership approach and help them bring how they WANT to lead with how they ACTUALLY lead in alignment to reduce stress, avoid burnout, and increase satisfaction.
